U.S. Treaties

Do you ever need to find a U.S. Treaty? Westlaw has a U.S. Treaties and Other International Agreements database (USTREATIES) for Senate treaty documents. It provides historical background information on U.S. treaties. If you were searching for tax treaties with Canada, for example, you would use the search appearing in bold and the explanation in italics, as follows:

so(canada) & ti(tax!) where so=source and ti=title

If you would like additional search assistance, contact the West Reference Attorneys at 800-733-2889 or the Wirtz Labor Law Librarian at (202) 693-6613.
