The Combined Bankruptcy Records database (BKR-ALL) contains records from all 50 states plus the District of Columbia, Puerto Rico, and Guam. BKR-ALL allows you to search for basic information on a particular bankruptcy filing, including judge, attorney, secured or unsecured claims, asset and liability figures, and case status. When you access BKR-ALL, a template is displayed. You can search by debtor name, case number or Social Security number (SSN). For example, to retrieve information on the bankruptcy filed by actress Kim Basinger, access BKR-ALL and in the Debtor Name text box, type kim basinger.
