Agencies are required to publish semiannual regulatory agendas describing regulatory actions they are developing or have recently completed. In addition to being published in the print version of the Federal Register, usually April and October each year, they can also be retrieved electronically via GPO Access.

The Unified Agenda is maintained as a separate database from the Federal Register service. You can either search the Unified Agenda from 1994 forward or you can browse the Unified Agenda from 2002 forward. You can also browse the Table of Contents for the most recent edition. 1994 and 1995 are in text format only. 1996-present are in both text and pdf formats.
