When searching for full-text OALJ Decisions, there are two ways to begin your search. You can either do a Docket Search or Library Collections search. To do a Docket Search, you enter the OALJ Case Number, Claimant/Complainant, Employer/Respondent or Decision Date. The Docket Search boxes are on the left side of the Web page.

The Library Collections box is on the right side of the OALJ Web page. Most of the collections are browsing collections. They contain decisions for ARB (by date or name), BRB decisions for Black Lung and Longshore (both published and unpublished), BCA 1985-present, SCA decisions 1983-1996 and WAB 1964-1996 (until the ARB was established in 1996), selected DBA decisions, published ERISA decisions, Immigration decisions (BALCA, ACM, ARN, LCA, TAE & TLC as well as Job Service Complaint System Appeals), and OFCCP decisions. There is also a Whistleblower Collection that contains decisions for AIR, CAA, CER, ERA, SDW, WPC, PSI, SOX, SWD, STA, and TSC. Another library collection contains decisions for WIA, JTPA and CETA.

NOTE: Currently, most of the decisions in the Docket Search database cover 2000 to present. If you are looking for full-text decisions prior to 2000, you might need to use Library Collections instead of Docket Search.
