OALJ Benchbooks and Deskbooks

The Office of the Administrative Law Judges at the Department of Labor has several benchbooks and deskbooks that are research tools used to assist the staff with keeping current with specific labor laws. They are not official opinions nor final legal authority, but they do provide guidance and assistance. While these resources may be a good starting point or supplement to researching the given topics, they are not exhaustive and should not be treated as such.
